1. Introduction and purpose

PFC respects the privacy of its clients and website visitors. This document explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose we use it, and what rights you have regarding the protection of your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

2. What personal data we collect

When you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name – identification of the person
• Email address – to send a reply to your enquiry
• Company name – for business purposes
• Number of employees – to design the right solution
• Area of interest – to process your enquiry
• Message / enquiry – the content of your request
• IP address – for security purposes (spam protection)

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Handling your enquiry – processing your request and sending a reply (legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of a contract)
• Business communication – establishing a business relationship at your request
• Spam protection – security verification via Google reCAPTCHA

4. Data retention period

We retain personal data for the period necessary to handle your enquiry, but no longer than 3 years from the last communication. After this period, the data is securely deleted.

5. Recipients of personal data

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be made available to:

• Google LLC – within the reCAPTCHA service (form spam protection), processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR
• Hosting provider MXC – technical administration of servers and email services

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses only technically necessary elements. Google reCAPTCHA may store cookies to verify a human user. We do not use analytical or advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and similar).

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access – you may request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification – you may request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure – you may request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing – you may request temporary restriction of processing
• Right to data portability – you may request your data in a structured format
• Right to object – you may object to processing based on legitimate interest

8. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Communication on our website takes place via the secure HTTPS protocol.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
